Live. Flag accounts that need extra care (older consumers, disability, cognitive concern, illness, bereavement, language, POA, domestic violence, disaster, military) and route each one to the right handling, with steps your team and AI voice agents can follow.

Send an opaque account reference plus age or age band, known indicators, preferred language and collector notes. Notes are scanned for keywords (dementia, hospital, interpreter, power of attorney, laid off, hurricane and more) and never returned. Each account gets a tier (none, standard care, enhanced care, specialist), plain handling steps for every indicator, whether AI voice is OK or a person must handle it, whether to pause outbound, and a closer_context you pass to the DebtLayer closer so it blocks payment talk and hands off to a person. Flags are for more care only and must never be used to deny, price or worsen terms (ECOA, Reg B, ADA). No names, SSNs, dates of birth or diagnoses are accepted. Pairs with Hardship Program Matcher, Collection Note Redactor and SCRA checks. Up to 5,000 accounts per call, billed per account. Nothing is stored. Not legal advice.
