Before your AI voice agent dials, one preflight runs contact restrictions (cease, attorney, dispute, bankruptcy, opt-outs), can-call-now (calling hours in every possible time zone, the Reg F 12 CFR 1006.14(b) 7-in-7 limit and state caps) and the TCPA consent gate for artificial or AI voice calls (47 U.S.C. 227(b), FCC 24-17), plus script checks for an AI disclosure, business identification and an automated opt-out. Revoked consent, reassigned numbers and skip-traced cell numbers block the call. It shows the exact Bland, Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs request it would send and runs as a dry run by default. With your own provider key and every check passing, it launches the call once; the key is never stored or returned. Early access.
