Validation Period Tracker

Live. When does the dispute window close, and can you keep collecting? Tracks the validation period, disputes and verification for each account.

Computes the validation period from the date the notice was sent (receipt assumed 5 business days later, skipping weekends and federal holidays, 12 CFR 1006.34(b)(5); a later actual receipt is honored), checks the notice went out within 5 days of the initial communication (FDCPA 1692g(a)), and applies every dispute and original-creditor request: written or electronic ones inside the period stop collection until verification or the creditor's name is sent (1692g(b), 1006.38), duplicates can get a duplicate notice, oral and late disputes are reported as disputed (1692e(8), FCRA 623(a)(3)). Flags planned actions that would overshadow the dispute right, such as an offer deadline inside the period (1006.38(b)). Dates only; up to 500 accounts per call. Not legal advice.

Price: $0.001 per record after 1,000 free per month.
