You get go, slow or pause with reasons, today's message count and what limited it, an even split across healthy numbers with an hourly pace, each time zone's 8 AM to 8:30 PM local window converted to UTC (windows are clamped to 8 AM to 9 PM, Reg F 1006.6(b)(1)(i)), and days left to work the list.
