Skip Queue & Return Normalizer

Live. Pick which accounts need a skip trace, then turn the skip vendor's return file into clean phones, addresses and deceased or bankruptcy holds.

Select ranks the accounts that need a skip trace (no phone, no workable or verified phone, no address, returned mail) by what is missing and by balance, and keeps accounts that must not go to a skip vendor out of the file: deceased (work the estate), open bankruptcy (automatic stay, 11 U.S.C. 362), attorney-represented (15 U.S.C. 1692c(a)(2)), paid or settled, under your minimum balance, or skipped within the cooldown. Normalize turns the vendor return rows with prefixed columns (PH1: Phone, ADD1: City, DEC: Date of Death, BNK: Chapter and so on) into one record per account: deduplicated E.164 phones with line type and vendor score, addresses, and deceased and bankruptcy hits that put the account on hold before any contact, plus a phone list ready for Phone Number Ranker. Relative, vehicle, property and employer columns and any SSN or birth-date columns are dropped and only counted, since third-party contacts are limited to location information (15 U.S.C. 1692b). Nothing is stored. Per account or vendor row.
