QA Sample Planner

Live. Plan how many calls to score per collector this period: a statistically valid random sample, more for new, high-fail or complained-about collectors and AI agents, plus the calls that must always be reviewed.

Send each collector's (or AI voice agent's) call count for the period and optional risk inputs: tenure, prior QA fail rate, complaints in the last 90 days, disputes, and calls already marked for review. For each collector you get a random sample size from the standard proportion formula with finite-population correction (95 percent confidence and a 10 percent margin by default, or 90 or 99 percent), raised by a risk multiplier for new collectors, high fail rates, complaints and AI agents, the must-review calls added on top, coverage percent and review hours. The plan also lists the calls to always review: disputes and validation requests (15 U.S.C. 1692g(b)), cease or refusal requests (1692c(c)), attorney representation (1692c(a)(2)), bankruptcy, hardship and vulnerable consumers, payment authorizations, third-party contacts (1692c(b)) and escalations. Use Call Compliance Scorecard to score the sampled calls. One price per plan. Nothing is stored. Not legal advice.

Price: $0.002 per call after 1,000 free per month.
