Portfolio Bid Pricer
Coming soon. Bid range in cents on the dollar for a debt portfolio from tape aggregates, with the liquidation curve and every assumption shown.
Send aggregate tape stats for a charged-off consumer debt portfolio (account count and face value, age bands, balance bands, state mix, prior agency placements, the share past the statute of limitations, media and chain of title, and exclusions) and get a low, mid and high bid in cents on the dollar and in dollars. The response includes the month-by-month liquidation curve, net collections after servicing cost, the gross multiple and payback month at the mid bid, each factor applied, and the full assumption table used. DebtLayer ships a clearly labelled default table (conservative, public-benchmark style, not calibrated to any seller data); override any part of it with your own collection history. Time-barred accounts are priced for voluntary payment only (Reg F 12 CFR 1006.26(b)), bankrupt, deceased, paid, settled and identity-theft accounts and unlicensed states are priced at zero (12 CFR 1006.30(b)), disputed, cease and attorney accounts are discounted, and debt-buyer rules in CA, NY, NC, TX, WI, MS and MD are cited. Aggregates only: consumer-level data is refused. An estimate, not an appraisal.
