Portfolio Aging Report

Live. Age a file of up to 10,000 accounts in one call: age buckets, balance bands, accounts too old to credit-report or past the limitation period, and expected collections.

Send each account's balance and dates (first delinquency, charge-off, last payment) and optionally its state; no names or numbers needed. You get count, balance and share in age buckets from 0-180 days to 7+ years, balance bands and state mix, accounts past the 7-year credit-reporting window (FCRA 605), accounts past the limitation period you give (Reg F 1006.26(b): no suit or threat of suit), accounts with missing or future dates, and expected collections from your own liquidation rates. Priced per 1,000 accounts; nothing is stored.
