Routes a placement file to your collection agencies or law firms. Only agencies licensed in the consumer's state with current vendor due diligence are used (CFPB Bulletin 2016-02). Capacity, maximum share and balance bands are respected, and you pick performance-weighted, round-robin or champion and challenger routing with a fixed seed, so the same file always routes the same way. Accounts never go back to an agency that already worked them, and members of one household stay with one agency. Holds accounts instead of placing them for bankruptcy (11 U.S.C. 362), death, cease communication (FDCPA 1692c(c)) and disputes without verification (1692g(b)); time-barred debt goes only to agencies that accept it (Reg F 1006.26(b)), and active-duty servicemembers only to agencies that handle SCRA. Returns totals per agency, an allocation CSV and every unassigned account with its reason. Account references only.
