Placement Reconciliation

Live. Reconcile a placement file with the agency's inventory, recalls, payments and remittance report, and see exactly what does not match.

Finds accounts placed but never loaded, accounts the agency is working that were never placed or were recalled (stop contact), balances higher than placed (possible unauthorized add-ons under FDCPA 1692f(1)) or lower without payments, paid accounts that still show a balance, payments collected but not remitted, contingency-fee and net-remittance math errors and duplicate account IDs. Returns reconciled, differences_found or action_required with complete counts and capped lists. Account IDs and amounts only; personal data fields are refused. Up to 20,000 placed accounts per call.

Price: $0.001 per record after 1,000 free per month.
