Placement File Mapper

Live. Map a new client's placement-file headers to standard collection fields before import: confidence for each column, missing Reg F inputs, duplicate targets and sensitive columns.

Send the header row (up to 300 columns) and optionally a few sample rows. Each column is matched to a standard field (account number, original creditor, names, address, phones, balances, charge-off, last payment, itemization date, dates of birth, SSN and more) with high, medium or low confidence and the reason; samples are only used in memory to check the data looks like the field and are never returned. You also get required fields that are missing (including the Reg F itemization date inputs), two columns mapped to the same field, sensitive columns to restrict, date formats seen and whether the file is ready to import. Nothing is stored.
