Live. Which of an account's numbers to call first, and which ones to stop calling.

Orders an account's phone numbers by how likely they are to reach the right person: where the number came from (consumer-provided, a prior right-party contact, the original creditor, credit header or skip trace), line type, last result, right-party contacts in the last 90 days and how many times it was dialed without one. Takes numbers out of rotation when they reached the wrong person (FDCPA 1692b, 1692c(b)), were reassigned after consent (47 CFR 64.1200(m)), had consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls revoked (47 U.S.C. 227(b)(1)(A)(iii), 64.1200(a)(10)), are work numbers where the employer prohibits calls (1692c(a)(3)), are on your internal do-not-call list, or are disconnected, fax or invalid. Cell numbers without consent are marked manual dial only. Duplicates are merged, and the result says which number to call first and which restrictions to record. Numbers come back as the last 4 digits only. Up to 25 phones per account, 200 accounts per request.
