Phone & identity lookups

Sandbox. Local US number validation now; line type and caller name (Twilio Lookup), reverse phone and contact grade (Trestle), person search (EnformionGO) and web mentions (SerpAPI) behind vendor keys. Permissible purpose required.

Built and tested; the vendor connection is not switched on yet, so vendor-backed actions answer status "not_configured" at no charge. Pass "sandbox": true to see a mocked vendor response (never charged). Actions: validate, line_type, cnam, reverse_phone, contact_grade, person_search, web_mentions.

Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: line_type, cnam, reverse_phone, contact_grade, person_search, web_mentions (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response). Runs for real today: validate.
