Payment Reminder Builder

Coming soon. Build a payment reminder text or email in English or Spanish, with the debt-collector notice and opt-out line, checked against Reg F before it goes out.

Send the business name, amount and due date, and optionally a first name, a secure payment link or callback number, the channel (text or email), the planned send time and the consumer's time zone. You get the message (and an email subject), the SMS length and segment count, and send, revise or do-not-send with reasons: the debt-collector notice (FDCPA 1692e(11)), the opt-out line every electronic message needs (Reg F 1006.6(e)), 8 AM to 9 PM in the consumer's time zone, work email (1006.22(f)(3)), a business name that shows it is about a debt, opted-out channels, and threats or pressure in your own line. Card and bank numbers are refused, and nothing is sent or stored.
