Payment Method Precheck

Live. Catch bad bank and card details before you try a payment: ABA routing checksum and ACH eligibility, account-number shape, card network and length from the BIN, and expiry.

Send up to 1,000 payment methods. Bank: the routing number gets the ABA checksum and Federal Reserve prefix check (ACH-eligible or not, so fewer R03/R04 returns), the account number gets a shape check (4-17 digits, placeholder values, routing and account swapped) and comes back masked, and a missing checking/savings type is flagged. Card: send only the BIN (first 6-8 digits), last 4, length and expiry; you get the network, the lengths and CVV digits it should have, and expired or expiring-before-the-plan warnings. Full card numbers and CVVs are refused. Format only: it does not prove the account exists or has funds. Nothing is stored and no processor is called.
