Screens a dial list and your recent outbound calls for toll fraud. Blocks +1 Caribbean area codes that look domestic but bill as international (809, 829, 849, 876, 658, 242, 246, 264, 268, 284, 345, 441, 473, 649, 664, 721, 758, 767, 784, 868, 869), Canada unless you allow it, 900 and 976 premium numbers, international numbers unless you allow them, and high-risk international revenue share fraud prefixes. Finds bursts of calls to one number, repeat calls over 7 days, spikes in calls per minute, calls that cost more than your limit, and long runs of consecutive numbers in one exchange, and tells you when to hit the kill switch. Also notes that a consumer outside the US can't be time-zone checked from the number (Reg F 1006.6(b)(1)), that repeated calls can be harassment (FDCPA 1692d(5)), and when your caller ID isn't valid (47 U.S.C. 227(e)). Numbers come back as the last 4 digits only.
