Objection & Rebuttal Engine

Sandbox. Mine objections from call transcripts, draft compliant rebuttal variants for review, and A/B score which variant works.

extract: pulls consumer objections from a transcript as paraphrases with names and numbers removed, and marks hard stops. generate: drafts one FDCPA/Reg F-safe response (linted for threats, false urgency, legal and credit threats; hard stops return the approved hard-stop response instead). score: rates a variant's outcome and flags compliance problems so flagged calls never count toward promotion. Drafts need human approval.

Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: extract, generate, score (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response).
