Applies Miss. Code 75-67-515(10) and 75-67-519(2), (4), (5), (7): $500 cap including fees, $20 per $100 (face $250 or less) or $21.95 per $100 (over $250), no renewal or extension, no late or collection fee, processing fee only if the agreement allows, court fees only after judgment, and no criminal prosecution over an insufficient-funds check to collect.
