Validates collection agency (48) and debt buyer (0C) tradelines before you furnish them: Date of First Delinquency present, not in the future and never moved later (re-aging, FCRA 623(a)(5)), accounts past the 7-year-and-180-day reporting limit (605(c)), balances that do not match the status (paid 62 or 64 with a balance, 93 at $0, past due over balance), paid or settled accounts not updated (623(a)(2)) and Special Comment AU for settlements, disputes marked XB or XC and cleared with XH (623(a)(3), FDCPA 1692e(8)), the original creditor in the K1 segment, identity-theft blocks, medical collections under $500 or paid (bureau policy), first reports without prior contact (Reg F 1006.30(a)) and stale Date of Account Information.
