Live. Track every state collection agency license, branch, individual collector license and surety bond: renewal calendar, what is due, and states where you are collecting without a current license.

Send your licenses and bonds (state, kind such as collection agency, branch, individual collector, surety bond or registration, holder, number, expiry date, renewal lead days, whether the renewal was submitted), the as-of date, active accounts by state and, optionally, the states you know require a license. You get a renewal calendar sorted by urgency (expired, due in 30, 60 and 90 days, ok), the date each renewal should be filed by, and flags: collecting in a state whose agency license has lapsed (stop collecting there until it is renewed), an individual collector license lapsed, renewals due inside the lead time, accounts in a licensed state with no license on record, and a license with no surety bond on record. Collecting without a required license can make the debt collection itself unlawful under state law and an unfair practice under 15 U.S.C. 1692e(5) and 1692f.
