Coming soon. Classify a consumer's text back and get the next step: a pre-approved template reply or a human-queue item, plus the opt-out, attorney and wrong-party restrictions to record. Never sends texts.

Pending legal review. Deterministic intents (stop, attorney, hostile, wrong number, third party, dispute, hardship, identity question, confirm, wants call or portal, scheduling) drive a per-number state machine. Account details are never texted before right-party confirmation; the first substantive text carries the debt collector disclosure; every template has the agency name and an opt-out line; replies are scheduled inside 8 a.m.-9 p.m. local and queued for approval by default.
