Inbound Caller Match

Live. Match an inbound caller's number to your accounts without storing phone numbers, then gate disclosure: verify the right party first, honor wrong-party and do-not-call records, and route represented consumers to their attorney.

Index links your account ids to phone numbers as tenant-keyed HMAC hashes plus the last 4 digits, the relation (consumer, co-obligor, spouse, third party) and the source (consumer provided, placement, skip trace); clear-text numbers are never stored and remove deletes the links. Match takes the caller ID and returns the candidate accounts with the last 4 digits only, a match strength (strong for a verified consumer-provided number, weak for a skip-trace or third-party number or one marked wrong party), any Contact Restrictions hits on the number or the account (wrong party, do not call, revoked consent, cease, attorney), and a route for each candidate. Disclosure is never allowed before right-party verification: talking about a debt with anyone other than the consumer, a spouse or an attorney is prohibited (15 U.S.C. 1692c(b), Regulation F 12 CFR 1006.6(d)), and an attorney-represented consumer goes to the attorney (1692c(a)(2)).
