Estate Contact Gate

Coming soon. The consumer has died. Before anyone calls: who may hear about the debt, who may be asked to pay, and what never to say to the family.

Checks one planned contact about a deceased consumer's account: the personal representative or person with authority over the estate (12 CFR 1006.6(a)(4)), the surviving spouse (FDCPA 1692c(d)), co-signers and joint holders who are liable themselves, and other relatives who get location questions only, once (1692b, 1006.10). Covers attorney-represented estates, stop requests, open or closed probate and creditor-claim deadlines, community-property states (AZ, CA, ID, LA, NV, NM, TX, WA, WI), the validation notice addressed to the estate (1006.34(a)(2)), and scans your message for phrases suggesting survivors must pay (1692e(2)(A), 1006.18). Returns allowed, location_only, review or blocked. No names needed. Early access pending legal review. Not legal advice.

Status: Coming soon. Pricing is set at launch.
