Send up to 5,000 paid-off or escrowed mortgage loans with payoff date, escrow balance, refund date and amount, any credit to a new loan, the borrower's agreement and the new lender's relationship, plus escrow disbursements with their penalty deadlines. Applies RESPA / Reg X 12 CFR 1024.34(a) (timely escrow disbursements under 1024.17(k)) and 1024.34(b) (refund within 20 days, excluding legal public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, or a credit to a new escrow account only with the borrower's agreement and when the new loan is with the same lender, owner or assignee, or servicer).
