Send up to 2,000 recurring debits with authorization and copy status, scheduled date, amount, previous and authorized amounts, any varying-amount notice date and the consumer's elected range or threshold, and any stop-payment request (date, oral or written, confirmation required and received, debit processed), plus a holiday list. Applies Reg E 12 CFR 1005.10(b)-(d) (15 U.S.C. 1693e): signed or authenticated written authorization with a copy, stop orders made at least 3 business days before the debit (oral orders lapse after 14 days without required written confirmation), and written notice at least 10 days before a debit that varies in amount.
