Live. Warm and blind agent transfer check: one active transfer per call, ring / hold / briefing timeouts, restart recovery, stuck target reservations and transfer pins.

For a dialer's warm and blind agent transfers: send the transfer rows (call, type, status, phase, source and target agent, extensions, whether the caller's channel was captured, timestamps) plus optional agent states and AI-voice transfer pins, and get a verdict per transfer (ok, fix or conflict) with the action to take: one active transfer per call (the earliest wins; a later one is failed and releases only its own target), ring, caller-hold and warm-briefing time limits, transfers a dialer restart cannot safely recover, finished transfers still reserving a target agent, self-transfers, and busy, not-ready or unknown targets. Transfer pins are checked as 30-minute, use-once routing preferences that fall back to the longest-idle ready agent. Phones come back masked and channel ids are never echoed. Nothing stored.
