Dialer Strategy Analyst

Sandbox. Propose-only morning dialer load plans, phone-source cohort reports and nightly voice-agent prompt reviews from your aggregates.

morning_plan proposes per-dialer target sizes and filters (blocked states removed, agency dialers kept to their own accounts, equal quality mix); cohort_report explains which phone sources and cohorts engage and pay; nightly_prompt_review proposes one prompt change and automatically rejects any proposal that drops right-party confirmation, the debt collector disclosure, AI self-identification, stop handling, hard-stop routing or limited-content voicemail. Aggregates only: consumer data is refused. A human approves everything.

Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: morning_plan, cohort_report, nightly_prompt_review (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response).
