For self-storage and mini-storage operators, agencies and anyone running an AI closer or dialer on storage unit balances: send as_of (YYYY-MM-DD) and accounts (ref, niche self_storage / generic, account_type storage_rent / lockout_fee / lien_sale / admin_fee / other / unknown, plus yes/no facts: creditor_authority_on_file, contract_on_file, lien_notice_sent, sale_notice_sent, sale_advertised, redeem_before_sale_offered, surplus_owed_to_occupant, fees_added, occupant_identified, authorized_party_on_file, dispute_open, bankruptcy_filed, attorney_represented, consumer_purpose, payment_plan_requested). Get hold / review / ok per account with reason codes, citations (the FDCPA and Reg F, state self-service storage facility lien laws, 11 U.S.C. 362) and closer notes, and may_contact_occupant, may_demand_payment, may_quote_balance and may_add_fees flags (may_threaten_no_notice_sale_or_throwaway is always false; may_add_fees is always false).
