Dialer Restart Recovery Check

Live. Dialer restart recovery check: after your dialer engine restarts (deploy, crash, out of memory), says per job, call and lead row ok / review / fix and builds a recovery plan: calls stuck live from before the restart to mark failed (orphaned_on_restart), orphaned calls that rang or connected but are missing from your 7-in-7 counters, leads stuck in dialing to reset, leads reset while their call is still live, jobs active with nothing dispatching and jobs a shutdown cancelled instead of paused.

For teams running their own dialer engine: send the restart time, optional check time, stop cause and resume grace (default 60 seconds), and job rows (ref, status, dispatching, resumed and last dispatch times, whether the shutdown changed it), call rows (ref, optional lead and debtor refs, status, highest state reached, updated time, disposition, whether the attempt is already counted) and lead rows (ref, status, result, claimed and updated times, call ref). Get per row ok / review / fix: orphaned live call, orphan attempt not counted (a call that rang or connected before the restart still counts toward 7-in-7), orphan disposition mismatch, stuck dialing lead, reset needs attempt count, reset while call live, active job not dispatching, resume pending, paused by shutdown, cancelled by shutdown, resumed with no dispatch, several active jobs and duplicates, plus a plan (calls to mark failed, leads to reset or hold, debtors whose attempts to count, jobs to resume or re-open as paused). Refs, states and times only: phone numbers, names, emails, payloads and keys are refused. Nothing stored; operations aid, not legal advice.

Price: $0.001 per record after 1,000 free per month.
