Dialer Refund Credit Check

Live. Refund credit check before dialing BNPL, retail, card and auto accounts: per account hold / review / ok from the refunds on file (merchant / BNPL return refunds and GAP / service contract / warranty / credit insurance cancellation refunds issued but not credited, balance billed above the balance after refunds, credit balance owed to the consumer, pending or long-pending refunds, cancellations with no refund figured, denied refunds), with reason codes and the notes your AI closer must follow.

For BNPL providers, retailers, card issuers, auto lenders and agencies running an AI closer or dialer: send as_of (YYYY-MM-DD), optional tolerance, credit_grace_days and pending_stale_days, and accounts (ref, niche, state, balance_before_refunds, balance_billed, refunds with kind, status, amount, requested_on, issued_on, credited_on). Get per account hold (don't quote the balance until it clears), review (confirm first) or ok, with the balance after refunds, reason codes, FCBA / Regulation Z / FDCPA / add-on refund citations and closer notes (quote only the balance after refunds; never say a refund or return doesn't count; a credit balance goes back to the consumer), plus totals by reason.
