Dialer Recording Completeness Check

Live. Dialer recording completeness check: for each call says whether a connected call that should have been recorded was recorded, the recording URL was saved on the call row, the file left the live spool within the move window and is playable, and flags missing files, missing MP3 copies, empty or truncated recordings, dead links and recordings on calls set not to record, with coverage and playable rates per agent and job.

For collection dialers that record calls: send per call the internal call ref, end time, connected flag or talk seconds, record-enabled flag, recording-started flag, whether a recording URL is saved (the flag, not the URL), where the file is (none / live spool / completed folder / MP3 copy), recording seconds, file size, agent ref and job ref, with optional settings (move window, default 3 min; stuck after, default 15 min; expect an MP3 copy and within how long, default 10 min; minimum recording coverage of talk time, default 80%; minimum talk seconds that need a recording, default 5). Get per call ok / review / fix: connected calls set to record that weren't, recordings started with no URL saved (the file exists but nobody can play it), URLs with no recording behind them, files stuck in the live spool past the move window, started recordings with no file, missing MP3 copies, empty or truncated recordings and recordings on calls set not to record, plus coverage and playable rates, file-stage counts and per agent / per job totals. Internal refs and flags only: recording URLs, file paths, phone numbers, names, emails and notes are refused before any charge. Nothing stored. Operations aid only; whether a call may be recorded (consent) is a separate check.
