Dialer Park Slot Board Check

Live. Shared call parking (Park 1-20) safety: which parked calls can be picked up, which slots must stay reserved, which may be cleaned up, and whether a new park is safe.

For dialers with shared numbered call parking: reads the park board and each parked call's state-machine evidence and returns, per slot, whether the caller can be picked up (only a verified waiting call), must stay reserved and disabled (bridged mid-park, ringing, unknown, missing, conflicting or malformed evidence), or may be pruned (only a verified finished call, at most 4 per pass, with an exact key + call id + parked_at delete guard and a confirmed returned row). An optional park request is checked too: only bridged calls, a slot in range and free (transitional reservations count as taken), not already parked, plus the safe park order (reserve the slot, move the caller to hold, release the agent, then commit waiting). Phone labels come back masked. Nothing stored.
