Enter agents, talk, wrap and attempt times and your live-answer rate, and get lines per agent, dials and live connects per hour, predicted abandon rate and agent occupancy from an Erlang C model, with a safety margin under the 3% abandonment limit (FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule 16 CFR 310.4(b)(4), FCC 47 CFR 64.1200(a)(7)). Switches to progressive one-to-one dialing with fewer than 5 agents or when the 30-day abandon budget is used up, and gives a ramp plan. Notes ring time under 15 seconds, more than 2 seconds to reach an agent, the abandoned-call message, and that abandoned calls count toward call frequency limits (Reg F 12 CFR 1006.14(b)).
