Dialer Pace Adjustment Check
Live. Dialer pace adjustment check: per interval raise / hold / lower / stop with the recommended next overdial ratio and why, plus per job and overall abandon rates against the ceiling, raises made while over the ceiling, jumps bigger than the max step and ratios over the max.
For collection dialer jobs running predictive or progressive pacing: send the job's pacing log, one row per interval (internal job ref, interval start, overdial ratio in effect, ready agents, answered calls waiting and the oldest wait, dials, human answers, abandons, and optional carrier errors, AMD latency and inbound calls waiting), with optional settings (abandon ceiling, min / max ratio, max step, raise step, wait threshold, inbound reserve agents, carrier error and AMD latency limits). Get per interval raise / hold / lower / stop / fix with the recommended next ratio and the reason: stop new originates when an answered call waits past the threshold with no routable agent; lower when abandons pass the ceiling (per interval or running), calls wait, carrier errors or AMD latency run high or inbound calls need the reserved agents; raise one small step when agents sit idle and abandons are well under the ceiling. Also flags ratio raises made while over the ceiling, raises while calls were waiting, jumps bigger than the max step, ratios over the max, data errors and duplicate intervals, and returns per job and overall abandon rates. Job refs only; names, phone numbers and emails are rejected. Operations aid only, not legal advice.
