Dialer Originate Rate Check

Live. Dialer originate rate check: counts successful originates in a rolling 60-second window against min(system limit, dialable agents x per-agent rate) and returns per originate ok / review / fix for originates over the ramp cap or system limit, originates with zero dialable agents, caller IDs over a per-minute limit, same-second bursts, leads re-originated within a minute and non-success requests wrongly counted, plus per minute, per caller ID and per job peaks.

For collection dialers that ramp call volume with the live floor: send the originate log (internal originate ref, request time, result success / failed / rejected / deferred / claimed, optional dialable agents at that moment, caller-ID ref, lead ref, job ref and whether the dispatcher counted it against the minute allowance), with optional settings (system-wide originates per minute, default 60; originates per dialable agent per minute, default 2; per caller ID per minute; per-second burst limit; default dialable-agent count). Get per originate ok / review / fix with the rolling 60 s count and the cap at that moment: over the ramp cap (1 agent -> 2/min, 5 -> 10, 20 -> 40, 30+ -> 60 by default), over the system limit, originated with zero dialable agents, caller IDs over their per-minute limit, same-second bursts, leads re-originated within a minute and failed / rejected / deferred / claimed requests that were counted (only successful originates should consume the allowance), plus per minute peaks and lowest cap, per caller ID peaks and per job totals. Internal refs only: phone numbers, caller-ID numbers, names, emails and notes are refused before any charge. Nothing stored. Operations aid only; the calling-window / DNC gate still runs at dial time.
