Live. Daily dialer health from the counts you send: human connect rate vs yesterday, abandon rate, caller-ID spikes, time to first conversation, dead-air alerts and CDR export audit.

Read-only ops signals. DebtLayer never connects to your dialer. Human connect rate = routed / (routed + missed + abandoned); abandon rate is checked against the 3% safe harbor; caller IDs whose volume or fail rate is more than twice the 7-day average on 20+ calls are flagged (shown as last 4 digits). Dead-air watch returns one OK line or an alert with call IDs. CDR audit grades each provider ok, partial, failed or stale_running.
