Dialer Mover Protections Check
Live. Household goods movers / FMCSA hostage-goods check before dialing (interstate / household-goods moves, binding and non-binding estimates, unordered services, storage-in-transit, warehouse liens, weight tickets): per account hold / review / ok from the facts on file (account type; no creditor authority; goods held over the binding estimate or 110% of a non-binding estimate; unordered services billed; refuse delivery while a claim is pending; SIT fees with no notice; auction threats without warehouse-lien notice; weight-ticket inflation; disputes; attorney; bankruptcy), plus whether the closer may contact, demand payment, quote a balance or add fees. Never holds goods above the estimate cap, never bills unordered services, never refuses delivery during a claim, never adds SIT with no notice, never auctions without warehouse-lien notice, never inflates weight tickets. Facts only, nothing stored. Not for funeral, self-storage, auto-repair, credit-repair or mail-order.
