For a supervisor live calls wall: send the current call rows (engine, AI-voice, inbound and manual calls with their state-machine state, timestamps, agent and caller ID) and get the Active, Needs attention (humans connecting, callers on hold, missed or abandoned, failed, stuck, unknown state) and All views; live search over name, phone, agent, caller ID, status and source combined with a caller-ID lane filter, with a recovery hint when nothing matches; a status chip and stuck flag per call; which calls an agent can grab and how (pin before a human answers, pin an AI-voice transfer, or a compliant callback on missed or voicemail calls) with one live grab per agent; the header ticker (dialing now, humans, on hold, voicemails, failures, dials per minute, human rate); and whether a name-heard signal may mark the phone good (only from unknown, never over bad or DNC). Names, phones and caller IDs come back masked. Nothing stored.
