Dialer list upload check: for each hourly call-list upload to each dialer or voice-broadcast account says ok / review / fix, and flags unconfirmed uploads, missing files, logged-out accounts, do-not-call scrub off, duplicates kept, wireless numbers kept on prerecorded campaigns without documented consent, lists that replaced the database or went to an offline list, uploads started before the previous account confirmed, campaigns left disabled or finished and missing accounts, with a per slot complete / partial / missed outcome and per account totals.

For collection teams that upload a call list to each dialer or voice-broadcast account every hour: send per account per hour slot the internal upload ref and account ref, slot (YYYY-MM-DDTHH), upload order, confirmation (success / ready_soon / error / none), file-present and logged-in flags, company-wide do-not-call scrub, duplicate removal, remove-wireless, prerecorded-voice and wireless-consent-documented flags, list handling (beginning / end / replace), offline-list-named and prior-account-confirmed flags, campaign status after the upload (enabled / disabled / finished) and file / accepted row counts, plus optional expected accounts and a dropped-row tolerance (default 20%). Get per upload ok / review / fix: missing files and logged-out accounts (stop and alert, never a silent skip), unconfirmed uploads, company do-not-call scrub off, duplicates kept, wireless numbers kept on prerecorded campaigns with no documented consent, lists that replaced the existing database, went to the end or to an offline list, uploads started before the previous account confirmed, campaigns left disabled or finished after the upload, empty lists, high row drops, duplicate uploads and accounts missing from a slot, plus per slot complete / partial / missed and per account totals.
