Live. Dialer list penetration and recycle check: penetration, contact rate and exhaustion for a campaign list, a fresh-first call order of leads ready now, the next leads coming back, and per lead ready / wait / callback / contacted / exhausted / remove / fix with the next eligible time.

For collection dialer campaigns: send the list's lead rows (internal lead ref, last result, attempts, max attempts, last attempt time, optional attempts in the last 7 days, last conversation time and callback time) and an as_of time (optional default max attempts, 7-day cap, conversation cooldown, calling window, penetration target and recycle minutes per result) and get list penetration, contact rate, exhaustion, a fresh-first call order of the leads ready to dial now and the next leads coming back, plus per lead ready / wait / callback / contacted / exhausted / remove / fix with the next eligible time and the reasons: recycle delay per result, the max-attempt cap, the 7-in-7 call cap and the 7-day wait after a conversation, the next calling window after a window skip, dialer-side system retries, do-not-call and bad-phone removals, missed callbacks, and data errors (future attempts, results with no attempt, 7-day attempts over the total, duplicate leads). Campaign flags call out recycling worked leads before the list is penetrated, a mostly spent list and high system failures. Lead refs only; names, phone numbers and emails are rejected.
