Dialer list inventory check: counts per list how many leads are dialable right now and why the rest are held (stop or do-not-call status, not a dial status, call-count limit, drop lockout, unknown time zone, outside the local window), with status, called-count and time-zone breakdowns, penetration and hours of inventory left.

For teams running their own dialer (VICIdial-style lists or custom): send now (UTC), optional dial statuses, extra stop statuses, call-count limit and target, drop lockout minutes, a local window inside 08:00-21:00, narrower state windows and a dial rate, plus leads (ref, list ref, status code, called count, UTC offset, state, last called time, do-not-call). Get per list and overall the dialable-now count, hold reasons, counts by status, called count and UTC offset (with minutes until each closed window opens), penetration, leads at the call target, hours of inventory, and flags (stop status set as a dial status, over the call-count limit, unknown time zone, duplicates, nothing dialable).
