Dialer Lead Status Mismatch Check

Dialer lead status mismatch check: compares each lead's list status with its newest call log row (outbound or inbound / closer) and says ok / review / fix: do-not-call, wrong number, dispute, cease, attorney, bankrupt or deceased dispositions whose lead is still dialable, statuses that don't match the log, leads recycled to new with logged calls, called counts lower than the log and stale last call times, plus a fix plan.

For teams running their own dialer (VICIdial-style or custom): send lead rows (ref, list status, called count, last call time, optional time the status was last changed) and call log rows (lead ref, status / disposition, call time, which log: outbound, inbound, closer or manual; inbound and closer rows do not count as attempts unless you say so). Get per lead ok / review / fix: stop disposition still dialable (suppress now), status mismatch vs the newest log row (reset it), new with calls (a recycled lead keeps its 7-in-7 attempts), status changed after the last call (confirm the manual change), called count under the log, last call time stale, unknown codes and duplicates, plus a plan (leads to suppress, statuses to reset, counts and times to back-fill). Common VICIdial-style codes are mapped; add your own with status_map. Refs, codes and times only: phone numbers, names, emails, notes and keys are refused.
