Live. Dialer agent KPI leaderboard check: ranked board with score breakdown and points to pass the next agent, team RPC rate and cost per RPC, plus duplicate agents, other-day rows, impossible counts, point farming and a legend that does not match the weights.

For collection teams that run a daily agent leaderboard: send per-agent day rows (internal agent id, calls dialed, answered, right-party contacts, chat replies, text replies, talk seconds; optional scoring weights, legend weights, team strip totals and day spend) and get the ranked board with each agent's score breakdown, ties and points to pass the next rank, a team strip with RPC rate and cost per RPC, and per row ok / review / fix / exclude with the reasons: the same agent twice, rows from another day, more answered than dialed, more RPCs than answered, talk longer than the shift, answered calls with no talk time, average talk too short to be real conversations, and scores carried by texts and chats. Also flags a legend that does not match the scoring weights and team totals that do not add up. Takes internal agent ids only, never names, phone numbers or emails. Nothing stored.
