Dialer Coach Card Check

Live. Live coaching card check: cards on the wrong call or after hang-up, too many on screen, repeats, late or duplicate Helped / Dismiss feedback, unreviewed rebuttals, plus a per-objection coaching scorecard.

For dialers that push live objection-coaching cards to agents: send card rows (card id, call id, the agent's current call id, agent, objection id, rebuttal ids, when it was shown, when the call ended, Helped / Dismiss feedback and when, how many times feedback was sent) and get, per card, ok / stale / fix / hold with the reason: cards with no call id, from another call or after hang-up, empty cards, more cards than the agent can see at once, repeats, feedback after the card expired, duplicate or mislinked feedback, and rebuttals not on your script-reviewed list. Plus a per-objection coaching scorecard (helpful rate with a 95% Wilson interval and a minimum sample: promote, keep, review, retire or needs more data; only clean cards train it) and per-agent feedback and dismiss rates. No transcript, rebuttal text, phone numbers or names taken. Nothing stored.
