Dialer Childcare Protections Check

Live. Child care / early education check before dialing (daycare and preschool tuition, registration and late-pickup fees, subsidized-slot co-pays, camp and after-school balances, nanny / au pair placement fees): per account hold / review / ok from the facts on file (account type; no creditor authority or enrollment contract; unwritten notice terms; withdrawal notice given; deposits not refunded; subsidy portion billed to the parent; closed or unlicensed programs; care not provided; disputes; attorney representation; bankruptcy; servicemember and abroad parents), plus whether the closer may contact the parent, demand payment, quote a balance or discuss re-enrollment. Never threatens a CPS, police or neglect report, never holds the child, never involves the child. Facts only, nothing stored.

For child care centers, preschools, camps, billing teams, agencies and anyone running an AI closer or dialer on child care balances: send as_of (YYYY-MM-DD) and accounts (ref, niche childcare / generic, account_type tuition / registration_fee / late_pickup_fee / subsidy_copay / camp / placement_fee / other / unknown, plus yes/no facts: creditor_authority_on_file, enrollment_contract_on_file, notice_terms_written, withdrawal_notice_given, deposit_held, deposit_refunded, subsidy_enrolled, subsidy_portion_billed, provider_closed_or_license_lapsed, services_not_provided, consumer_purpose, dispute_open, bankruptcy_filed, attorney_represented, parent_military, parent_outside_us, payment_plan_requested). Get hold / review / ok per account with reason codes, citations (45 CFR 98.45, state child care licensing and release rules, the FDCPA and Reg F, the SCRA, 11 U.S.C. 362) and closer notes, and may_contact_parent, may_demand_payment, may_quote_balance and may_discuss_reenrollment flags (may_threaten_cps_or_child_hold is always false). Refs and yes/no facts only: child and parent names, dates of birth, center names, classrooms, license, subsidy case and voucher numbers, case workers, custody and medical notes, amounts and PII are refused.
