Dialer CDR Sync Check

Live. Dialer CDR sync check: for each dialer provider in each nightly call-detail-record run says ok / review / fix, and flags failed exports, header-only exports with no documented zero, CSV date lag, exports run before the day closed, failed or partial phone updates, call history that does not reconcile with distinct phones, duplicate uploads, stale state and missing providers, with a per run full_success / partial / failed outcome and per provider totals.

For collection teams that pull nightly call-detail records (CDRs) from their dialer providers into their own database: send per provider per run the internal run ref and provider ref, requested and CSV dates, export status (ok / header_only / failed / timeout / not_run), error kind (browser_missing / login_failed / provider_limit / rate_limited / timeout / no_link / other), CSV rows, distinct phones, call-history and phone-update written / failed counts, and expected-zero, window-complete, upload-skipped, state, PID-alive and log-retained flags, plus optional expected providers and a phone-update failure tolerance (default 1%). Get per row ok / review / fix: failed or timed-out exports with the next step for the error kind, header-only or zero-row exports with no documented zero, CSV date lag, exports before every timezone's day closed, export-only test runs, failed or partial call-history writes, history over or short of distinct phones, failed or partial phone updates, duplicate uploads of the same provider-date, stale state with no live process, failure logs not kept and providers missing from a run, plus per run full_success / partial / failed, per provider totals and the latest full success.
