Dialer Callback Book Check

Live. Dialer callback book check: reads the scheduled-callback book and returns per callback keep / dial now / close / reassign / release to the floor / rebalance for called rows never closed, duplicate callbacks on one lead, user-only callbacks whose owner left, live callbacks nobody took, aged callbacks never dialed and times booked before the row existed, plus a bulk move plan and the close list.

For collection dialers that keep a scheduled-callback book: send the callbacks (internal callback ref, lead ref, owner agent ref, recipient user_only or anyone, status active / live / called / completed / canceled, callback time, optional created time, last dial time, campaign ref and whether the consumer asked for it) and optionally the agent roster (agent ref, active, campaigns), with optional settings (days uncalled before a callback is aged, minutes a live callback may wait, max open callbacks per agent, max days ahead, evaluation time). Get per callback ok / review / fix with the action and why: called rows never closed and duplicate callbacks on one lead (close; the earliest stays), user-only callbacks with no owner or an owner who is no longer active (reassign to the least-loaded active agent on the same campaign, or release to the floor), live callbacks nobody took (release to the floor), callbacks never dialed days after coming due (dial now or close as expired_undialed, never silently deleted), overdue callbacks, times booked before the row was created, far-future bookings and owners holding more than their limit (rebalance the latest ones). Also returns a bulk move plan (from agent -> to agent, counts), the close list and per-agent load. Never decides whether a dial is legal: the calling-window / DNC gate still runs at dial time. Callback / lead / agent / campaign refs only: phone numbers, names, emails, SIP addresses, comments and notes are refused. Nothing stored, no outside call. Operations aid only, not legal advice.
