Dialer Call State Check

Live. Dialer call-state check: replays each call's state events along the dialer call-state graph and returns per call ok / review / fix for late events that tried to revive a finished call, machine calls routed to an agent, AMD skipped, other invalid transitions, compare-and-set mismatches, duplicates, out-of-order events, re-queue loops and flapping, plus the wedged live calls to sweep to stale.

For collection dialers that keep one state per call: send the call-state event log (internal call ref, event time, new state -- claimed, originating, ringing, answered, amd_running, machine, human, waiting_for_agent, agent_ringing, bridged, parked, wrap_up, completed, abandoned, failed, stale -- optional expected from-state, event ref, agent ref on bridged and source), with optional settings (stale minutes for live calls and for wrap-up, re-queue limit, flap limit, evaluation time). Each call is replayed in time order along the graph claimed -> originating -> ringing -> answered -> amd_running -> human / machine; machine -> completed or human (screener recovery); human -> waiting_for_agent -> agent_ringing -> bridged or back to waiting; bridged -> wrap_up / parked; parked -> waiting_for_agent / wrap_up; wrap_up -> completed; failed / abandoned / stale from any live state. Rejected events are not applied, as a compare-and-set guard would ignore them. Get per call ok / review / fix with the final state, the accepted path and the rejected transitions with why (terminal call revived by a late event, machine routed to an agent, AMD skipped, invalid transition, compare-and-set mismatch), duplicates, out-of-order events, re-queue loops, flapping, bridged with no agent, missing entry state, and the wedged live calls to sweep to stale. Call / agent / event refs only: phone numbers, names, extensions, emails, SIP addresses and free-form metadata are refused. Nothing stored, no outside call. Operations aid only, not legal advice.
