Live. Dialer call quota spread check: ranks leads so the next attempts land in time-of-day sessions not tried in the last 7 days, and holds any lead at its 7-in-7 cap, daily cap, session cap or minimum gap, outside the local calling window or marked do-not-call, with each lead's next allowed time.

For teams running their own dialer (VICIdial-style call quotas or custom): send now (the lead's local time), optional time-of-day sessions (default morning, midday, afternoon, evening), caps (attempts in 7 days, per day, per session in 7 days, minimum minutes between attempts), an optional local window inside 08:00-21:00, and leads (ref, attempt times, do-not-call). Get per lead call now or held with reasons (do-not-call, 7-day cap, daily cap, outside window, not in a session, session cap, too soon), attempts per session, untried sessions, a spread score, the next allowed time, flags (attempts after now, attempts outside the window, over the 7-day cap, attempts bunched in one session, duplicates) and a ranked call order.
