Dialer bridge media check: for each human-routed call says ok / review / fix, and flags consumers who hung up before reaching an agent, slow offers and bridges (auto and manual answer), bridged calls with no consumer audio or long silent stretches (dead air), slow media, browser autoplay blocks, repeated ICE restarts, failed agent legs, false-human offers and duplicate calls, with floor SLIs (delivery, pre-bridge abandon, latency p95s, dead air, media, originate failures) against targets, stop / page signals and per agent / trunk / job totals.

For dialers that route answered humans to live agents: send per human-routed call the internal call ref (plus optional agent, trunk and job refs), auto or manual answer mode, human -> offer, offer -> accept and human -> bridge milliseconds, bridged and hung-up-before-bridge flags, first consumer audio after the bridge and longest audio gap in ms, and agent dead-air report, autoplay-blocked, ICE restart count, originate-failed and false-human flags, with tunable thresholds (offer 1.5 s, auto bridge 6 s, manual accept -> bridge 5 s, media 4 s, dead air 8 s, 10 calls before stop / page signals). Get per call ok / review / fix: abandoned before bridge, slow offer, slow bridge, no consumer audio, bridged dead air, slow media, no media data, autoplay blocked, repeated ICE restarts, agent originate failed, false-human offer and duplicate call, plus SLIs counted once per call (human delivery >= 97%, pre-bridge abandon <= 3%, human -> offer p95 <= 750 ms, auto human -> bridge p95 <= 4 s, manual accept -> bridge p95 <= 3 s, false-human offers < 2%, bridged dead air < 0.5%, media established p95 <= 2 s, agent originate failures < 1%) with stop-dialing, pull-pacing and page signals, and per agent / trunk / job totals.
